WOW! it is looking like we are going to have a super fun weekend! I have been delaying sending this out, to hopefully have the restaurants, etc. all set up, but it ain't done yet and I need to send everyone this info:

We only have a few rooms left in our PTS room Block, and our guarantee rate of $72.00 per night (includes hot breakfast) will expire this Saturday, Jan 6th!!! Royal Lipizzan Stallions.....if you haven't ever seen 'em, they are fantastic, they are most awesome! the flying white stallions of the Air from Austria!!! check out www.hilipizzan.com

The winter training grounds are in Myakka City, about a half hour from the hotel. They have an approximate 1 hour training session at 3:00pm on Friday! Cost: they ask for a minimum donation of $5.00 per person. We will leave the hotel at 2:15, return around 5:00...If you are interested in seeing these amazing animals and can arrive early enough, please email or call me a.s.a.p.†

Dinner on Friday night: Troyers Dutch Heritage, how about a little Amish home cooking, a great buffet or order from the menu, our reservations are at 6:30, we will leave the hotel at 6:15....for anyone arriving late the address is 3713 Bahia Vista St. Sarasota, 34232 (941-955-8007) check it our www.dutchheritagesarasota.com

2nd chance: The flying white stallions also have a practice at 10:00 Saturday morning, leave hotel at 9:15, return around 12:00 noon, you can do this in the am, then still have time to tour Ringling in the afternoon, if you hustle!

This is the basic information on the Ringling Tours. †The General Admission cost is only $20 for Santas/Ms Claus, $5 for elves. Includes tours of all three; the Museum of Art, the Ringling Mansion (Ca'd'Zan) and the Circus Museum. You can purchase add-ons such as audio head sets, tour "private areas", hire a private tour guide, etc if you wish. go to www.ringlingmuseum.com, click on Plan your Visit and Daily Tours and/or Learn More.....to figure out more precisly what you want to do!

Since some people like to see museums in sorta of a hurry and some folks might spend an hour marveling at the works of Peter Paul Rubens in the Rubens Gallery or a couple of hours just in the Circus Museum......

Ringling Tours will simply be anytime you prefer to go, what parts you prefer to spend the most time at and for however long you wish to stay, 2, 3, 4,..... open 10:00am-4:00pm...now, make certain you have a "light" early lunch, because..

I say closing at†4:00, because dinner on Saturday night will be at 4:30 at Barnacle Bills Seafood House, 5050 Tamaimi Trail, around the corner from our hotel, we can cash in on the "Early Bird Special" or any menu items (I hear their Lobster Bisque soup is "to die for") so check out their menu, etc at www.barnaclesbillseafood.com

Before someone complains, (even to yourself) the only time we can have our "PTS Business†Meeting" is Saturday night. By having dinner early we can get back to the Hotel, have our Business Meeting at 6:30pm, be through by 8:00, then head out to our last "group" adventure of the day...we will take a little trip down to St Armands Circle, which is a really cool place for ice cream or some other scrumptious dessert! www.starmandscircle.com

For those who don't like ice cream or desserts, you can keep the hospitality area open and buzzing with tales of your year in the chair, till the ice cream lovers return! ho ho ho!†
